Council member <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-06- <br /> <br />the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSI2NESS PARK SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with HSHT, LLC, on June 22, 2004; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the Tn: Ageement the land to be conveyed to <br />HSHT, LLC is platted as Lot 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Second Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of Jtme __, 2004 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resoh, ed by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br /> That Lot 2, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDIITON, Anoka <br />County, Milmesota, may be sold pursuant to the ten'ns and conditions of the June __, 2004 <br />Contract for Private Development between the City and HSHT, LLC and that the City's Mayor and <br />City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-66- <br /> <br /> <br />
