exPanditures; 2) l~udget what ks expected to be requested in the next year; <br />3) I~ a n d I e r e q u e s t s w i t h b u d g e t a m e n d m e n t s . <br /> <br />Mr. Craczyk noted that there is currently about $42,000 in the city's <br />expenditure reserve for unanticipated expenditures. <br /> <br />Council consensus vas that Mr. Oraczyk should determine an appropriate <br />maount to be held in General Fund Reserve; minor unanticipated expenditures <br />will be funded through the General Fund Reserve; major unanticipated <br />expenditu:es will be covered by budget amendments. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Counc~lmember Pearson to <br />adjourn the special City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Rei=ann, Councilmembe:s Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting 80: 8one.
