Ramsey has clearly conveyed it~ openness to c~m~ruial and inuh~arial <br />develop. Over 1,200 acres are zoned ir~h~T~rial in an area where <br />absorptic~ of 25 acres a year is viewed as significant. At the 25-acre <br />rate, a 50-year supply of lar~ exists.
