Retail/commercial, industrial, <br />multifamily and single family areas -~.hould be es~l~ed into %~rkable <br /> <br />Existing and proposed civic inlorovements such as the airport ~hould be <br />reinforced. <br /> <br />civic improvements within the district represent a significant <br />inves~ment and are reflective of the c~m~mmnity's spirit and well being. <br />The Gateway North l_ndustrial Airpo~ represents such ~.n investment as <br />does ~he p..~oposed Anoka C~utnty Regiorml Park.
