The airport's clear zone will touch <br />~5{ 10 frontage and should be an opportunity to em~ize the airport's <br />presence and relationship to their adjacent industrial oumplex. <br /> <br />Quality residential stock for both single family and multifamily <br />development should be located close to the community's open space and <br />natural resources. Housing should provide for a diversity of hmusirg <br />types includir~ single family luxury hemes, !cw density multifamily, <br />t~znh~mes and rental prope_~ies. Availability of ~u~h diverse and <br />quality hOUsing once'again reinforces the attractive business <br />environment within Ramsey. <br /> <br />Reuse of the existing ~anitary landfill site for c~nity park and <br />open space is instzum~ to this land-use plan.
