4.09: Adopt Resolution #16-08-140 Approving Change Order #5 and Partial Payment to <br />Brennan Construction of MN, Inc. for IP #14-30 Fire Station #2 <br />4.10: Adopt Resolution #16-08-141 Authorizing Execution of Certificate of Completion in <br />Relation to Development Agreement for HSHT LLC <br />4.11: Report from the Public Works Committee Meeting dated July 19, 2016: <br />1) Consider Maintenance Options for Center Median in the Sweet Bay Ridge <br />Development — Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee to <br />approve the prairie restoration option for the center median in Sweet Bay Ridge and <br />direct staff to explore the condition of the irrigation system and if it is not viable, then <br />to instead recommend the mulch option. <br />2) Removal of Abandoned Garage at 16600 Highway 47 — Ratify the recommendation of <br />the Public Works Committee to direct staff to advertise for proposal to remove the <br />garage, advertise to sell the garage, and chose the most economical method from <br />options listed in the staff report. <br />3) Review 2016 Temporary COR Concrete Pavement Repairs: Ratify the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Committee to direct staff to explore the reason <br />for the cracked concrete, conduct soil borings, and prepare a report of their findings <br />and a recommendation from which the Council can determine when to slate the <br />project in the CIP and how to fund it. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Johns, Williams, Kuzma, and <br />Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers LeTourneau and Riley. <br />5. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Kuzma, Shryock, Johns, and <br />Williams. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers LeTourneau and Riley. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING <br />None. <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Consider Approval of the Work Plan and Proposal for Professional Services <br />Contract with The Tinklenberg Group for Ramsey US Trunk Highway 10 <br />Improvement Development Plan <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed the staff report and some of the work The Tinklenberg <br />Group has completed for the City.
