User would be <br />responsible for 100% of these costs. <br />• Building to front Ramsey Blvd (should follow COR design framework, link, COR-3). <br />• Could notch out 1-acre parcel (as desired by OGA). <br />• User responsible for pulling utilities to site (water/ sewer from Ramsey, storm down Ramsey to pond to <br />south) <br />• This is OGA's desired site, and is what is being proposed in the purchase agreement. <br />Conceptual draft document for preliminary discussion purposes only.
