Under Record Keeping add a note "All inspection logs must be submitted to the City. <br />Inspection notes after a rainfall event and weekly notes must be emailed to the City <br />inspector. The complete history must be submitted prior to finalizing the project." <br />6. The City must be contacted and grant approval prior to filing the Notice of Termination for <br />the Construction Stormwater Permit. <br />C4.1 <br />1. New construction notes must be bold and standout from the background. <br />2. All services must have 10 foot horizontal separation between the sanitary sewer and water <br />lines. This condition is not met at Lots 3 & 4, Lots 5 & 6, Lots 7 & 8 and Lots 10 & 11. <br />3. The existing catch basin information must be moved to be readable in multiple locations. <br />4. Check the spelling on note 15. <br />5. Note 9 calls for City inspection of the wet tap. Where is the wet tap on this project? <br />6. A steel post must be used to mark the end the services. <br />7. A profile sheet is required where the new services will cross existing storm sewer lines. <br />8. A profile is also required for extending the storm sewer line in the south east corner of the <br />site. <br />9. Revise note 12 to read "City of Ramsey Engineering Department" <br />C7.1 <br />1. Use the City Standard details for details 1, 2 5 and 6 Use City Details ERO-1, ERO-2, <br />STR 3 and STR 25. <br />2. Detail 7 must be replaced with the MNDOT 5 sheet set of curb ramp details plus a specific <br />detail for each curb ramp showing spot elevations, widths, slopes and placement of the <br />raised domes. <br />C7.2 <br />1. Remove detail 5 and replace with City Detail Str-5. <br />2. Add detail Str-25 to the plan set. <br />3. Add detail Str-26 to the plan set. <br />C7.3 <br />1. Detail 3 is not needed since there will not be a pond on this project. <br />2. Detail 5 is not needed since the storm sewer pipe is being removed. <br />Stormwater Narrative <br />1. The Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization and the City have adopted <br />the Atlas 14 standard for rainfall events. This was done as an amendment to the LRRWMO <br />plan in the fall of 2013. All storm events must be recalculated. <br />2. The City will be constructing the storm sewer extension south of Bunker Lake Boulevard <br />under separate contract. The line will be completed prior to finalizing this project. <br />
