Stormwater ponding will not be permitted on this project. The backyards <br />shall be graded to drain to the FES on lot 12. <br />8. Add the following to Note 21 "or as directed by the City Engineer. This shall be <br />accomplished within 3 hours of notification or the City may perform the sweeping and bill <br />the developer" <br />9. Remove Note 23. <br />10. The font size and line spacing shall be uniform for the house pad information blocks. <br />11. The proposed contours, labels and house pad block notes must be darker. <br />12. Revise the NPDES box to remove Block 2 from the area calculations. <br />13. Revise the seed types to match the current MNDOT specifications. <br />14. Remove the hatched area in the north east corner of the site. <br />15. What is the vehicle tracking pad on Lot 11? Clarify the intent of this note or remove it. <br />C3.2 <br />1. The notes must be updated as listed above. <br />2. Soil Borrow as shown on this page is not included in the Purchase Agreement. Use of soil <br />as shown on this sheet will need to be negotiated with the City Council. <br />C3.3 <br />1. The SWPPP designer certification has expired and must be updated. <br />2. The major streets on the area map must be labeled. The Mississippi River must be labeled. <br />3. This sheet is missing critical elements required by the Construction Stormwater Permit. <br />The necessary elements must be added. Refer the Construction Stormwater Permit website <br />for more information. <br />
