CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Presentation Proclaiming September 17-23 as Constitution Week <br />Mayor Strommen read aloud the resolution proclaiming September 17th through 23`d as <br />Constitution Week in Ramsey and noted that the Council will take formal action on this item <br />during the Consent Agenda. <br />Councilmember LeTourneau presented the resolution to the representative present from the <br />Daughters of the American Revolution. <br />The DAR Representative thanked the Mayor, City Council and the citizens of Ramsey for <br />participating in Constitution Week.
