• Proper and complete paperwork will be delivered to the Fire Department for approval no <br />later than September 1. <br />• The tent will be located in front of and as close as possible to the building, as per <br />approved by the Fire Department. <br />• The band will be allowed to play until midnight with the volume to be turned down at <br />11:00 p.m. <br />• The tent will be inspected by the Ramsey Fire Department, and must pass inspection. <br />• $1,000 will be placed in escrow by Friday, September 16th to pay for the two licensed <br />Ramsey Officers and any other expenses that may be incurred by the City, with the <br />understanding that if the costs exceed $1,000, Mr. McManus will be billed for the <br />remainder. If the entire amount is not expended, Mr. McManus will be reimbursed the <br />amount left. <br />• City staff will receive copies of the signed notifications to the other mall tenants by <br />September 1st <br />• The tent will be removed from the grounds Saturday morning, September 24tn <br />• All trash shall be cleaned up from the area by noon September 24tn <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmember Williams. <br />7.02: Consider Adopting Resolution #16-08-150 Approving Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement for COR THREE North Commons; Case of Purmort Homes, Inc. <br />(Project No. 16-63) <br />Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation from <br />staff and the Planning Commission to recommend approval of the Plat, contingent upon the <br />revisions as outlined in the Staff Review Letter and adopt the resolution approving the Final Plat <br />known as COR THREE North Commons. <br />Councilmember Shryock stated that there has been some concern with the residents in that area <br />regarding the road width and asked for additional clarification on the width. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill stated that in this situation it is not so much about <br />the width of the roadway but the space between the driveways. He stated that they attempted to <br />locate driveways together in order to provide more greenspace. <br />City Engineer Westby stated that the width of 32 feet, while on the low end, is within the <br />standard roadway range and would accommodate parking on both sides. <br />Councilmember Shryock stated that although residents feel that this was narrow it did not feel <br />narrower to her compared to other roadways. She asked if people would be able to park a <br />vehicle in their driveway between the garage and sidewalk. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill confirmed that there would be sufficient space to <br />allow parking of vehicles in the driveway without extending into the public right-of-way. <br />City Council / August 23, 2016 <br />Page 7 of 10 <br />
