<br /> Ramsey Station Draw Area population is becoming older, as shown in Table 6-4. Population
<br /> aged 25 to 34 is expected to decline from 5,190 in 2011 to 4,869 in 2016; while population age
<br /> 35 to 44 is expected to decline from 6,029 in 2011 to 5,488 in 2016. Population aged 65 to 74 is
<br /> expected to increase from 2,282 in 2011 to 3,013 in 2016, an increase of 731; while the age
<br /> cohort 75 to 84 is expected to increase from 964 to 1,186, an increase of 222. The over 85 age
<br /> cohort is also expected to increase modestly. These increases in the over 65 population indicates
<br /> a future demand for senior housing and services.
