That the Applicant has also applied for a Conditional Use Permit to increase the maximum <br /> allowable square footage for accessory structures by a total of 824 square feet, to <br /> accommodate their proposed 2,400 square foot structure. <br /> 9. That the Applicant is requesting a two (2) foot deviation from the established maximum <br /> mean gable height requirement. <br /> 10. That a mean gable height of up to twenty-two (22) feet is permitted within the R-1 <br /> Residential (Rural Developing) zoning district on lots two (2) or more acres in size. <br /> 11. That the detached accessory building would be located in the rear yard, at an approximate <br /> distance of 140 feet from the principal structure. <br /> 12. That the purpose of the variance request is to provide indoor storage for an oversized <br /> vehicle (RV)that requires a garage door opening that exceeds twelve (12) feet in height. <br /> 13. That the variance will/will not increase the congestion of the public street. <br /> 20. That the variance will/will not adversely impact the degree of public health, safety and <br /> general welfare provided for in the Ramsey City Code. <br /> 21. That the variance will/will not permit standards that are lower than those required by state <br /> law. <br /> 22.
