We recommend all remnants of the former structure including footings, <br /> floor slabs, foundation walls and underground utilities be removed from within the proposed <br /> building and oversize areas. Likewise,we recommend that all vegetation,topsoil,previously placed <br /> fill(if any) and any soft or loose soils be removed below the proposed structures. Compaction of the <br /> native sand at the base of foundation excavations may be required, depending on the loads and size <br /> of the proposed structures. <br /> This geotechnical evaluation included a limited number of soil borings on a relatively large parcels <br /> of land and the exact location of the future development has not yet been determined. Soil <br /> conditions can vary away from the boring locations and the proposed structures) may not be <br /> located near the locations of the borings completed for this evaluation.
