This project will remove all 7 <br /> private accesses,resulting in improved safety,congestion and mobility for traffic using US Highway 10 in the project area. Completion of these <br /> improvements is also required to support proper sequencing for <br /> other proposed improvement projects along Highway 10 per the Highway 10 Access Planning Study.
