PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Thursday, July 9, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Ms. Jill Prall <br />Ms. Janice Johnson <br />Mr. Don Lokker <br />Mr. Bill Rustad <br />Mr. Roy Shumway (arrived 7:13 p.m.) <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. John Lichter, Chairman <br />Mr. Ron Hetland <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />WELCOME NEW COMMISSIONER <br /> <br />The Commission welcomed new commissioner Jill Prall. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGES~A <br /> <br />The consensus was to approve the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br /> Case #6: Review Of Ford Brook Estates Third Addition For Park <br /> Dedication Requirements; case of Mr. Gerald Bauer. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />~ Review Of Ford Brook E~tes Third Addition FOr Park Dedication Reauirements: Case Of Mr. Garald Bauer: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Prall and seconded by Commissioner Lokker to <br />recommend that the City require fees to satisfy the City's park dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Commissioners Prmll, Johnson, Lokker and <br />Rustad. Voting No: None.
