Ryan Construction and Rudy Mart, Vice <br />President of J&R Pizza, Inc. d/b/a Dominos Pizza, were present requesting <br />site plan review for a proposed retail/commercial structure on the lot <br />immediately north of the Tom Thumb store on Ramsey Blvd. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman noted that the Tom Thumb parking lot is paved; the <br />access road to Tom Thumb is Class 5, in need of repairs and should be <br />considered for surfacing.
