Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen and <br /> <br />Request For Sketch Plan Review Of Minor Subdivision; Case Of <br /> Mr. Gilbert Menkveld: <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio was present representing Mr. Gilbert Menkveld. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the sketch plan for a minor subdivision of Lot 3 in <br />HY-10 Ramsey Second Addition. <br /> <br />The Commission recommended proceeding with the minor subdivision process. <br /> <br />Art Raudio Discussions: <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio noted for the Commission's information that consideration is <br />being given to platting Outlot L in Flintwood's Second Addition (the outlot <br />is part of the PUD and zoned commercial and lower the denisty in the 0utlot <br />A area. <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio stated that he and Mr. Menkveld had a special meeting with City <br />Council regarding Pineview Second Addition. Enough information was <br />gathered at that meeting to enable the attorneys to draft a final version <br />of the restrictive covenants. <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio recalled that at one time, former P&Z Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />suggested getting a Park and Ride location in Ramsey. Mr. Raudio suggested <br />that the City consider establishing a Park and Ride on City property <br />located near River's Bend Plaza on Hwy. #47. <br /> <br />Case #10: R~¥iew Of Bud Sauter Conditional Use Permi~ TO Grad~ And <br /> Excavate: <br /> <br />Mr. Bud Sauter was present requesting approval of revisions to his current <br />conditional use permit to grade so that construction of walk-out commercial <br />buildings on the property can be accommodated. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />recommend that City Council approve the revised grading plan for Bud Sauter <br />contingent upon the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />LaDue and Holm. <br />Howell. <br /> <br />Voting Yes: <br />Voting No: <br /> <br /> Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Shumway, <br />None.
