Use of Central Park fields is currently on a first come, first served basis. <br />Cornmission agreed that someone needs to do scheduling for the fields, and <br />possibly the City should have a sign-up sheet at the receptionist desk at <br />City Hall. Users would be reponsible for cleaning up after their event. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CASE 6: Review proposed subdivision for park dedication requirements; case <br />of Ms. Kathy Tranby. <br /> <br />Case wi thdrawn. <br /> <br />CASE 7: Discussion regarding Comprehensive Park and Open Space Plan. <br /> <br />Anne Norris suggested this would be more appropriate for tile subcommittee <br />to work on. Parks will be looked at by the Commissioners and Anne Norris <br />will provide everyone on the Park Board with a list of parks they are to visit <br />and draw up preliminary plans for and they will be given a checklist to work <br />from. <br /> <br />CASE 8: Information Items. <br /> <br />Results of the Lawcon application will be available in August. The City <br />would have to match or provide additional funds. <br /> <br />CASE 9: Discussion regarding vacancy on commission. <br /> <br />Margaret Beissel and Jill Prall have applied for the vacant position on the <br />Park Board. Appointments will be scheduled for each applicant at the June <br />Park Board meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
