PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITer OF ILAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 28, <br />1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7i30 p.m~ <br />and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN 'INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann announced the Annual Tree Sale and Clean-Up Day scheduled for <br />May 2, 1987. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />the agenda with the following adjustments : <br /> <br />Add: Case #24: Request For Metes And Bounds Subdivision; Case Of <br /> Bladholm Company. <br /> <br />Case #25: <br /> <br />Receive Petition And Adopt Resolution Ordering <br />Feasibility Report for Street Improvements In <br />Hunter's Hill Subdivision. <br /> <br />Case #26: Request For Approval Of 8-Ball Billiards License; <br /> Case Of David Archambault A~d Bill Carroll. <br /> <br />Case #27: Request For Update On Well Monitoring From PCA. <br /> <br />Filling of Vacancy on Planning and Zoning Commission will be <br />addressed during Case ~19. <br /> <br />Delete: <br /> <br />Case #21: Review Of Specifications For One-Ton Truck And <br /> City Council/April 28, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 4 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
