Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve the following items contained in the Consent Agenda with the <br />exception of Item 7 (Resolution authorizing execution of contract with <br />Barton-Aschman Associates for completion of Hwy. 410 Corridor Study) and <br />Item #12 (Resolution requesting safety study of Cty. Rd. #57 from Hwy. 410 <br />to Cty. Rd. #5), which will be addressed separate from and following <br />Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />1) Approve City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />a) Special Joint Council and Park and Recreation Commission meeting <br /> minutes dated March 12, 1987 with the following corrections: <br /> <br />Page 2, 2nd paragraph, last sentence - Change to read as <br />follows: 'Council's reasons were based on the fact that the <br />loss of additional property to the Huseby property for <br />development would impact Ramsey's tax base and expansion of the <br />park would mean more deer would be getting killed on Hwy. 410.' <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Page 3, 5th paragraph, 2nd sentence - Change to read as <br />follows: 'Councilmember Cox also noted that the City has <br />decided to go ahead with a fire department and that departments <br />equipment should probably be stored at City Hall and' provisions ~_~ <br />should probably be made for storing the atheltic equipment <br />currently stored at City Hall in a facility at Central Park <br />that would house water and bathroom facilities.' <br /> <br />Page 5, 8th?~Ist line - Change "'no parking' sides" to "'no <br />parking' signs". $ ~\% <br /> <br />Page 6 last line - Delete. ~.~5 <br /> , . <br /> <br />Public hearing meeting minutes dated March 17, 1987 regarding <br />proposed 1987 sealcoating projects. <br /> <br />c) Regular meeting minutes dated March 24, 1987. <br /> <br />d) Public hearing meeting minutes dated March 31, 1987 regarding the <br /> extension of sewer and water to the Industrial Area. <br /> <br />e) Special meeting minutes dated March 31, 1987 with the following <br /> City Council/April 28, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
