Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: R~quest For Ri~ht-Of-Way For Future Rum River Brid~e (County <br /> Road #116): <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />introduce Ordinance #87-X authorizing the conveyance of right-of-way <br />easement Plat #32, Parcel #1 to Anoka County for road right-of-way uses. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />County Commissioner Haas-Steffen reported that the EI$ has been approved at <br />the Federal and State level. <br /> <br />Case #1: A~Droye Plans And S~ecifica~ions And Set Bid Date F~ <br /> Im~rpvement Prpject #87-~ (Industrial Area $~wer And Water): <br /> <br />Mr. Raatiikka reported that there are some alignment problems and requested <br />that Council table this case until May 12 and that staff be allowed to <br />pursue discussions with the DNR to change lot sizes in the Critical Rivers <br />area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />table this case until May 12, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilme~bers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Yelasco, property owner on the south side of the proposed project <br />area, requested that the road improvements be done simultaneously with the <br />sewer and water project in order to avoid duplication of improvements. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that the sewer and water project is due to start in <br />July with completion in November, which is too late in the year to attempt <br />blacktopping. <br /> <br />Case #5: Storm Sewer District Policy: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adopt Resolution ~87-90 establishing a policy for the use of the Rum River <br />and Mississippi River taxing district revenues. (Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #87-90). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
