Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley reported that no one has expressed an interest in being <br />appointed to the Liquor Licensing Committee. <br /> <br />Council suggested that members of a previous Liquor Ad Hoc Committee be <br />contacted to serve on the new committee. <br /> <br />~ase #20: City Hall Building ReDairs/Maintenance~ <br /> <br />City Administrator Hartley reported discussing building maintenance with <br />Adriaen Chicoine. Mr. Chicoine reportedly agreed to do all the work he can <br />and contract out for the rest. Mr. Hartley recommended that Council <br />advertise for bids for each of the needs, including building maintenance <br />management; said bids will be request an hourly rate for services. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson directing <br />City Staff to advertise for bids for necessary repairs and maintenance <br />management at Ramsey Municipal Center and that said bids should be <br />requested to quote hourly rates. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #21: Review Of Specifications For One-Ton Truck And PumPer Truck <br /> Modifications: <br /> <br />Council deleted this case from the agenda during Approval of Agenda. <br />Councilmember Cox stated that he felt the City should be able to hire this <br />equipment and duties out on a temporary basis. <br /> <br />Case #22; Photo Cgpyin? Equipment; <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley recommended that Council approve the purchase of a Metro Sales <br />Ricoh copier. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution #87-91 amending the 1987 budget and authorizing the purchase of <br />a Ricoh FT 7060 photo copier from Metro Sales, Inc. in an amount of <br />$14,969.50. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~87-9I). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #23: 'Staffin~ Levels And/0r'Uontractin~ Ou~; <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that the hour was late and suggested that a meeting be <br />scheduled for May 5, 1987 to discuss staffing levels and/or contracting out <br />and begin this year's budget discussions. <br /> <br />Council consensus was to schedule a special meeting for Tuesday, May 5, <br />1987 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />City Council/April 28, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 16 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
