Receive Petition And Adopt Resolution Orderin~ Feasibility <br /> Report For Street Improvements In The Hunter's Hill <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution ~87-92 receiving the petition and ordering the preparation <br />of a feasibility report for street improvements in the Hunter's Hill <br />Subdivision. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~87-92). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Request For Metes And Bounds Subdivision: Case Of Bladholm <br /> <br />Bladholm Company purchased the old Prestressed site and at the closing, it <br />was discovered that the legal description for one of the parcels includes <br />an exception to accommodate a small cemetery. Bladholm is requesting a <br />metes and bounds subdivision to spit off that exception from the parcel. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve <br />Bladholm Company's request for a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #26: Request For A~roval Of An 8-Ball Billiards License': Case Of <br /> D~vid Archambault And Bill Carroll: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />approve an 8-Ball Billiards License #87-603B for David Archambault and Bill <br />Carroll. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #27: RequeSt For U~date On We'll Monitorin? From PCA~: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox directed that PCA be requested to provide the City of <br />Ramsey with an update on their well monitoring. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Purchase Of Wire Cable For Use By Parks Department <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox presented a sample of 1-inch wire cable which is <br />available for purchase at $.10/foot. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />authorizing City Staff to purchase 10,000 feet of 1-inch wire cable at a <br />cost of $.10/foot for a total of $1,000.00. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
