Voting No: None. <br /> <br />b) Local Government Aid <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca noted receiving a letter from the League of Minnesota <br />Cities speaking against Local Government Aid cuts. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox suggested preparing a position ststement indicating that <br />if the local aids are to be cut, it should be cut from those cities <br />receiving more than their fair share or abolished. <br /> <br />Council consensus was to review the matter further and place it on the May <br />5, 1987 Council agenda for further discussion. <br /> <br />c) Suggestion For Ramsey Resident Newsletter Article <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca suggested that the next Ramsey Resident contain an <br />article regarding child safety as a pedestrian, bicyclist, etc. <br /> <br />d) Hall Anderson Service Road <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio inquired if the Hall Anderson service road is a public <br />street. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka replied that the service road was brought up to <br />standards and left unmaintained; no one is benefitting from the road; there <br />should be more detailed documentation in previous Council minutes. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that anyone interested in purchasing it should check <br />into the matter with City Staff. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adjourn the regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
