Councilme~ber DeLu~ stated that the revised sketch plan must <br />still he presented to Planning and Zoning for review. Mr. ~arthold stated <br />that Co~cil did not follow PaZ's previous r~tion 'on the original <br />sketch plan and suggested that the Council could approve this configuration <br /> <br />withoutplattingP&Zat u~ u..,= · a waste of money because when he plats the balance <br />of his property in the future, these two lots will be included in that <br />plat. Ms. Norris referred to City Code and stated that an error has been <br />made; the proper procedure for m/nor platting only requires review by City <br />Staff and City Council; it is Council's option to request review by the <br />Planning and Zoning Cxm~/ssion. Councilmember DeLuca stated that he will <br />not withdr~ his motion based on conoerns expressed by Planning and Zoning <br />at the last joint meeting. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes.' Councilmember DeLuca. Voting No: Mayor <br />Reimann, Councilmsmbers Pearson, Sorteberg and Cox. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox expressed concern for furture roadways being provided <br />with the common access driveway to eventually access onto that roadway when <br />it is developed. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />approve Mr. Jake Barthold's sketch plan for a minor subdivision contingent <br />upon a common access being provided between Lots 1 and 2 for access onto <br />State Highway #47 N~ and no further subdivision of the property until <br />adequate streets are provided. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cox, Pearson <br />and Sorteberg. Voting No: Councilms~f~r DeLuca. <br /> <br />~eq~_ est For Final Plat Approval Of Sorteberq's 5th Addition: <br /> Case Of Mr. Allen Sorteberg: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilms~ber COx and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adopt <br />Resolution %87-61 approving the fin.al plat of Sorteberg's 5th Addition <br />contingent upon Mr. Allen Sorteberg entering into a development agreement <br />with the City. (Please refer to resolution file for Besolution %87-61). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers COx, Pearson <br />and DeLuca. Voting No: None. Abstain.- Councilmsmber Sorteberg. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cox <br />authorizing the Mayor and City ;~%~inistrator to enter into a development <br />agreement with Mr. Allen Sorteberg for Sorteherg's 5th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
