Councilm~her Cox stated that the motion is to' only meet with Ham Lake to research common areas of Metion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Counc~rs Sorteberg, Cox, DeL~ca and Pearson. Voting No: None. b) Status Of Previous Discussion Regarding Reduction Of Speed Limit On 167th - Councilmember Cox requested that City Administrator Hartley research previous council discussions regarding the possibility of having the speed limit reduced on 167th. c) Scheduling Of Joint City Council/Planning And Zoning Commission - Council consensus was to schedule a joint meeting with Planning and Zoning on April 14 at 8:00 d) Scheduling Of Personnel Cc~ttee F~eting - Council consensus was to place scheduling of a Persoru~_l C0~m~ittee Meeting on the March 31, 1987 Council agenda to discuss employee workload and . individual responsibilities. e) Report Of Business Operating In Residential Area (154th & Armstrong) - Councilmember Cox stated that he has heard reports of an Acme ~4otors operating on 154th Lane. Ms. Norris replied that she would investigate the matter. f) Aeratio~ of Sunfish Lake - Mr. Hartley stated that Mr. Kurak first brought this matter to Council's attention and he is not yet ready for further discussion of the issue. g) Status Of Annual Pet Clinic - It was reported that the annual pet clinic is scheduled for April 25 and it is advertised in the March Pamsey Resident Newsletter. h) Council_m~er Cox' l?eport Regarding Meeting With ~ State Director - Councilmember Cox stated that he and Mr. Hardin met with the State Y~CA City Council/March 24, 1987 Page 20 of 22
