The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Omm~ssion conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, March 3, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Gerald Zta~en~n <br />Mr. Roy Shum~ay <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Bendriksen <br />Mr. Jim ~owell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Ccmmunity Develo~ment Director AnneNorris <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order <br />at 7:31 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL CF AGE~DA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner ~owell to <br />approve the agenda with the following adjustments: <br /> <br />Case ~18 -Deleted <br /> <br />Further Discussi~: Commission consensus was that the meeting will adjourn <br />at 11:00 p.m. and a special meeting will be scheduled to complete any <br />unfinished business. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Shum;ay, Zim~erman, r~nue, Fe_ndriksen and Howell. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />The Cc~mission adjourned at 7:33 p.m. in order to conduct the following <br />public hearings: <br /> <br />1.
