Chairman Peterson called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting back to order at 9:20 p.m. Motion by Ommdssioner De~r and seconded by Commissioner Hendr iksen to approve public hearing minutes regarding request for conditional use permit by Construction Consultants dated February 3, 1987. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to approve regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated February 3, 1987 with the following correction to minutes and actual findings of fact: Page 3, 7th paragratah, should read as follows: 'Add 922. ~at at a prior time, the applicant did operate the same type of facility in a B-1 zone in ~amsey.'
