Geoff Christian was present representing his brother and stated that the <br />ultimate I/an for this property is to further develop it with offices and <br />in the meantime a conditional use permit is requested to operate a vehicle <br />storage and sales business at the site. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that the applicant is requesting that boats, R.V. 's, motor <br />h~mes, etc. be included as pemitted vehicle sales. <br /> <br />~e Conmission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Notion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />reca~r~ approval of the findings of fact, amem~ as follows, relating to <br />Mr. Char/es Christian's request for a cond/ti~l use pemit. <br /> <br />Beferences to 'autcmoblle sales business' in Items 1, 5, 9, 11, 12, <br />13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 should be changed to 'motor/recreational <br />vehicle sales business'. <br /> <br />2. Reference to 'car lot' in Item S10 'motor/recreaticcml vehicle lot'. <br /> <br />Item #7 should be changed to read as follows: 'T~at the storage of <br />vehicles will not create additional traffic on B~y. %10, however, the <br />motor/recreational vehicle sales business will create additional <br />traffic accessing on Hwy. %10. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Xes: Chaiman Peterson, Cxmnissioners Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Shu~way, ~driksen, LaDue and Howell. %~u~ng No: None. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Comm/ssioner Shumway to <br />reconmend approval of Mr. Charles Christian's request for a conditional use <br />permit with that permit amended as follows: <br /> <br />1. Ail references to 'aut(nc~ile sales' in the pemit shall be changed to <br /> 'n~tor/recreational vekicle sales'. <br /> <br />Item #2 <br />will be <br />require <br /> <br />shall be revised to read as follows: '~e following vehicles <br />referenced for sale: motorized and recreational vehicles that <br />State license plates and boats.' <br /> <br />Item #4 shall state that no more than 100 vehicles may be for sale at <br />any one time. <br /> <br />Item t5 shall state that a total of 10 paved parkin9 spaces will be <br />provided. <br /> <br />Item il0 shall be changed to read as follows: 'Hr.
