The hammer <br />would be mounted on a concrete and timber base to reduce the extension of <br />the vibratio~m from going beyond the building. <br /> <br />'J~e Cc~mission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fac~. <br /> <br />Motion by Comm/ssioner Hendri~ ar~ seconded by ¢_-~missioner Howell to <br />reommmnd approval of the proposed findings of fact, amended as follows, <br />relating to Mr. Richard Duggan's request for a conditional use pe _mit. <br /> <br />Item #10 - Should r_~ as foll~s: '~hat the proposed manufacturing <br />facility will not be unduly dangerous or detr~ to persons <br />residing in the area.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Cha/man Peterson, Ommissioners Zi~meman, <br />Deemer, Sh~ay, ~n%drtksen, r~ue and H(~ell. Voting No: No~e. <br /> <br />The C0mmissi~ proceeded to review the proposed conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Co~missioner LaDue to <br />recommend approval of Mr. Richard Duggan's request for a conditional use <br />permit, amended as follows, to manufacture steel horseshoes in the B-1 <br />Business District. <br /> <br />Item %1 should read as follows: 'Mr. Richard Duggan is permitted to <br />manufacture steel horseshoes o~ the premises using an electric drop <br />forge ha~mer. ' <br /> <br />Item %2 should read as foll(ms: 'Mr. Richard Du~3an shall maintain a <br />~ of ~ne off-street parking spaces for each employee on the <br />~ working shift. Suc~ off-street parking shall be paved with <br />blacktop or concrete.
