Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat A_Dp_roval Of River's Bend Plaza: Case <br /> Of River's Bend Properties-. <br /> <br />Gouncilm~nber Cox noted that the agenda background information states that <br />park dedication requirenents for this plat were met when the land for the <br />River's Bend Park was dedicated. Co~cilmember Cox stated that the land <br />was not dedicated for River's Bend Park; it was dedicated for any public <br />use; park dedication was waived as result of that dedication of land. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the City does need a copy of the River's Bend <br />Properties corporation agreenent. <br /> <br />Motion by Co~cilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Resolution %87-47 approving the final plat of River's Bend Plaza <br />P.U.D. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution %87-47). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember COx inquired if accesses will be <br />provided to the property east of the P.U.D. City Engineer Raatikka stated <br />that a couple of entranoes can be added and Councilmember Cox requested <br />that they be added. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
