Further Discussion: Council~ber DeLuca referred to City Engineer's
letter dated February 19, 1987, Item ~4 and inquired if the address map has
been provided. Ms. Norris replied that she has not received the address
map; it is c~mmon not to receive it until after final plat approval; the
final plat will not be signed by the City until the address map is
received. Mr. Raatikka stated that Mr. Johnson is requesting construction
eguiIm~nt access to the area via the adjacent m~eveloped park rather than
by existing residential streets.

Amendment by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca
ranting the developer of Au~mmn Meadows a~proval to access the plat via
e adjacent park contingent upon any ~amages to the park area being
repaired by the developer.

/~ndment carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg,
Cox, PeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilms~bers Sorteberg, Cox,
DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None.

Mr. Ken Johnson's son-in-law, Rick Vagle, was present and there is at least
resident of Autumn Heights who is very concernced with the Autumn Meadows
plat. Mr. Johnson explained that there is a gravel turn-around at the end
of Nutria; for better drainage purposes that gravel turn-around should be
removed; city or developer responsibility for that removal should be
clarified because that concerned resident will question it.

Motion by Councilmember COx and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg
directing City Staff to vacate the temporary cul-de-sac at the end of
Nutria Street once the drainage and access improvements for A~tumn Meadows
are c~mplete.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Co~cil,~mhers Sorteberg, Cox,
DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None.

Case ~5.. Request For Final Plat Approval Of Ramsey Ridge; Case of Mr.

Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Peterson could not be present and is requesting
final plat approval of a minor subdivision, Ramsey Ridge, consisting of
splitting a 20-acre parcel located on the east side of Variolite Street
into two 10 acre parcels. Ms. Norris stated that Mr. Peterson is proposing
a c~mon access between the two parcels but the City may want to request an
easement along the southern boundary for future access to the property to
the east.

Go~cilm~mber Cox noted that this parcel and the ~o to the north have very
limited acces; the parcel i~mediately north is heavily wcoded and could be
a fire safety hazard; the parcel north of that is in the beginning stages
of platting; in the interest of good planning for the future, access and
road alignments to the south and north should be reviewed.

Motion by Co~cil _m~mber Cox and seconded by Councilms~er Pearson to adopt
