Site ~21 Reilley Estates

Little is known of this site since Reilley Estates is in the development
stage. This plat is currently being planned in three stages with park
dedication from two of these. Currently, the first addition to Reilley
Estates has been approved and contains dedicated park land of approximately
6 acres. The site slopes into a large drainage basin but contains a large
dry area also. Access to the site will pose a problem with regards to
use and park maintenance due to its being surrounded by planned res'idences.
There will, of course, be access to the site but these appear to be small
and for the most part inadequate--being from various 30 foot easements,
drainage easements and a 115 foot portion of a cul-de-sac on 154th Lane.

Reilley Estates in in very close proximity to Woodland Green. This
should not, however, hinder the attempt to enlarge Woodland Green Park,
and consideration should be given to developing the Reilley Estates
site with grooming to provide a nice passive area for the residents.

-18a-
