Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairman Lichter to appoint Commissioner Hetland to <br />serve as Vice Chairrnan of the Park. and Recreation Commission ~or <br />1987, seconded by Commissioner Looyen. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CASE ~2: Discussion regarding uses of park funds in 1986. <br />Information regarding uses of park funds in 1986 will be available in <br />February.
