Voting No: None. <br /> <br />4) Designate a delegate and an alternate for the Association of <br /> Metropolitan Municipalities (AMM) - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />appoint Mr. David Hartley as the City's primarydelegate and Mayor Reimann <br />as the City's alternate delegate to the Association of Metropolitan <br />Municipalities (AMM) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />5) Designate official depositories of City funds for calendar year 1987 - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution ~87-2 designating the following institutions as official <br />depositories of City funds: The Northern Bank, Anoka, MN; First National <br />Bank of Anoka, Anoka, MN; First National Bank of Minneapolis, Mpls., MN; <br />Dain Bosworth, Inc.; American National Bank, Mpls. MN; Norwest Bank <br />Minneapolis N.A., Mpls., MN. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution %87-2). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting NO: None. <br /> <br />6) Appoint delegate to Joint Law Enforcement Council - <br /> <br />Counciln~mber COx stated that he is willing to continue to serve on the <br />Joint Law Enforcement Council but he does not like it. It is an <br />organization predominantly run by government employees to perpetuate their <br />~ personal interests. Councilmsmber COx stated that if he continues to <br />serve on the Joint Law Enforcement Council, this City Council should review <br />the voting aspects of it.
