Review Policy_ On Charging_ For Fire And Rescue Calls: <br /> <br />Mr. Graezyk stated that Ramsey's policy is to bill the property owner for <br />fire and rescue service. Those persons that pay their bill are feeling the <br />heaviest burden of this policy as the city ~ust pick up the cost for those <br />that refuse to pay their bills. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the poor public relations resulting from this <br />policy is not worth the dollars received from successful fire call <br />billings; council should give s~me consideration to the poor image probl~m.~ <br />resulting fr~m the current fire call billing policy. _. <br /> <br />Page 22 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
