Councilm~er DeLuca stated that there seem to be items brought up at <br />Council meetings that are not a~equate/y being followed up and placed on <br />subsequent agendas for further discussion, i.e., policy regarding pole <br />barns in Ramsey, necessary action to have commission vacancy filled, <br />discussion regarding timetable for appointments/reappointments to <br />commissions, status of repairs to community sign, proper procedure for <br /> isp aying u.s. nag. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that he has ordered a contractor to repair the oommunity <br />sign; lights have been ordered to light the U.S. Flag after sunset. <br /> <br />Motion by Comcilms~ber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adjourn the regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember COx inquired as to when Councilmembers <br />will be making their 1987 goal statements. Mayor P~imann stated that goal <br />statements can be made at the next regular meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, COx, <br />DeLuca and Pearson.
