Ground Water Supply(private and municipal) <br /> 2. Wastewater Treatment(private septic and regional sanitary sewer) <br /> 3. Surface Water <br /> Review of End Product: <br /> 1. Minnesota Department of Natural Resources [advisory only as implementing agency <br /> for public wells] <br /> 2. Minnesota Department of Health [advisory only as implementing agency for private <br /> wells] <br /> 3. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency[advisory only as implementing agency for private <br /> septic systems] <br /> 4. Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization [implementing agency for <br /> surface water and erosion control management] <br /> 5. Environmental Policy Board <br /> 6. Planning Commission <br /> 7. Public Works Committee <br /> 8. City Council <br /> This element will require a high degree of interagency coordination (City,DNR, and Metropolitan <br /> Council). As this is identified as one of the two (2) key regional priorities for the community, the <br /> City will also invite our Metropolitan Council Member and Sector Representative. <br /> This item is connected to the City's Legislative Platform. <br /> Element#6: PARKS PLAN [Required Element] <br /> Desired Outcome: Develop Comprehensive Parks Plan with metrics and financial forecasts based on <br /> the existing Master Parks and Trails Map. <br /> What improvements to our parks and trail system would you like to see? <br /> Review of End Product: <br /> 1. Anoka County Parks Department [advisory only as implementing agency for regional <br /> parks] <br /> 2. Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> 3. Planning Commission <br /> 4. City Council <br /> The City will consider inviting a representative from the Metropolitan Council Parks Staff to review <br /> the end product. <br />
