10. That if granted, the variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br /> adjacent property. <br /> <br /> t 1. That if granted, the variance will/will not endanger the public safety. <br /> <br />12. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish property values in the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />13. That if granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />14. That, if granted, the variance will/will not grant the Applicants any special privileges that is <br /> denied to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />t 5. That undue hardship will/will not result if the variance request is denied due to the existence <br /> of special conditions and ci. rcumstances which are peculiar to the land and which are/are not <br /> applicable to other lands in the same district. <br /> <br />16.
