Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Vern Olson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied for <br />a variance from Section 9.11.09 regarding landscape requirements adjacent to public roads for a <br />property located at 7039 Hwy. 10 and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block i, Kovar Add}tion, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on July 1, 2004, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from landscape requirements <br />along the southern property line of the Subject Property, adjacent to Hwy. 10. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to the landscape requirements adjacent to <br />public roads, as established in Section 9.11.09 of the Ramsey City Code, to install a <br />bituminous surface and concrete curb to within 10 feet of the southern property line <br />adjacent to Hwy. 10. <br />The Permittee shall construct the bituminous parking/display area and concrete curb per <br />the approved plan and to the City's specifications. <br />The Permittee shall be responsible fbr all City costs incurred in processing the variance <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the l~bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the fbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupot~ said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the Is~ day o~'July 2004. <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br /> <br />
