Please be advised that in order to run a buziness <br />out of your home, you must have a conditional use permit for a borne <br />occupation to do so. However, if you do not park equipment or store supplies <br />at ]tour residence, then you do not have to go that route, If this is the case, <br />please sign the enclosed statement mad return it to us in the enclosed <br />self-addressed, stamped envelope. If you do indeed park equipment and/or <br />store supplies at your residence, you will need to stop blt City Hall and apply <br />for a conditional use permit. This com~ists of a $50 non-refundable filing <br />lee. Neighboring property owners will be notified and a public hearing will <br />bo held with the Planning and Zoning Commission at their next regularly <br />scheduled tlteeting.
