Plea,e be advised that in order to run a business <br />out of your home, you must have a conditional use permit for a home <br />occupation to do so. However, if you do not park equipment or store supplies <br />at your residence, then you do not have to go that route. If this is the case, <br />please sign the enclosed statement ~md return it to us in the enclosed <br />self-addres,ed, stamped envelope. If you do indeed park equipment and/or <br />store supplies at your residence, you will need to stop by City Hall and apply <br />for a conditional use permit. This consists of a $50 non-refundable filing <br />fee. Neighboring property owners will be notified and a public hearing will <br />Im held with the Planning a~d Zoning Commission at their next regularly <br />scheduled t~eeting.
