I <br />.I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Cc uncilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~83-194 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the <br />revisions hereinafter described should be made to the existing Municipal State Aid <br />Street System under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 16Z. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) That the segment on Municipal State Aid Street ~105 between nonexistent <br />Xkimo Street Northwest at 148th Lane Northwest and Roanoke Street Northwest <br />at 153rd Avenue Northwest be deleted from the Municipal State Aid System. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />his consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of said road or portion <br />thereof, that same deleted from the State Aid Street System of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner <br /> <br />and the following member abstained: <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the ZSth day of October, 1983. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ir ~/tra~or/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
