I I i Councilmember Sorteberg introduced t}e following resolution and move~l for its adoption: RESOLUTION 483-195 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS i I i I WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the revisions hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street System under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TKE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the following described road: a) Nonexistent Dysprosium Street Northwest between County Road No. 116 (Industry Avenue Northwest) and CSAH No. $ {Nowthen Blvd. Northwest). I I I I I I be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. Z) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same constructed, improved and maintained as part of the State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 110. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reim~nn and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimznn and Van Wagner and the following member abstained: Councilmember Schlueter and the following voted against the same: I I N one whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ZSth day of October, 1983. //Cji v Ad'm inlst~t'or/Cle~'k
