I I I Councilmember :~orteberig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION d~83- 196 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the revisions hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street System under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967~ Chapter 16l. NOW THEREFORE, BE ri' RESOLVED BY Tlq~. CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, ~ follows: 1) That the following described road: a) Nonexistent Zuni Street Northwest between STH No. 47 at 144th Avenue Northwest and nonexistent 148th Lane Northwest b) Nonexistent Xkimo Street Northwest between nonexistent 148th Lane Northwest and 150th Avenue Northwest c) Xkimo Street Northwest between 150th Avenue Northwest and 153rd Avenue Northwest be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. Z) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same constructed, improved and maintained as part of the State Aid Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street 111. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner and the following member abstained: Councilmember Schlueter and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council thi.~ the ZSth day of October, 1983.
