It is <br />going to boil down to where we are going to need a full-time person to service <br />this area. <br /> <br />6) Charter Commission - I have att. ended two of their meetings and I do have <br />concerns with certain aspects of the Charter (mainly Chapters 7 and 8). They have <br />made big strides in cleaning up some of my problems. However, I do see a problem <br />with it in its present form which I don't think they see.
