I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />! <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner noted that the nitrate levels in Test Well ~1 <br />vary greatly and this well should be monitored more closely because it <br />is in the northwest corner and close to a residential area. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that it would be interesting if Mr. Raatikka's report <br />would include a comparison of the current report with the previous <br />year's report. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that the County Inspection Reports are very <br />difficult to read and it should be brought to the County's attention that <br />if the reports cannot be written more leglibly that they be retyped <br />before forwarding to Ramsey. <br /> <br />Council requested City Staff to follow up on this matter with the County. <br />Council also requested that City Engineer Raatikka's Lab Analysis Reports <br />include a comparison to the previous year's report. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter suggested that Test Well #1 be tested more often. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka agreed that it should be retested. <br /> <br />Case ~3; Council Resumed Discussion Of U~grading Magnesium Street: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that after discussion with the Gillmans, they <br />have agreed to grant the City an easement leaving the road as it is currently <br />positioned contingent on the City providing them with a written statement <br />to the effect that when the street becomes a permanent City street it will be <br />put on center and the drainage will not cross the roadway. Mr. Holm has <br />tentatively agreed to apply an overlay to the street this year or provide the <br />City with a letter or credit. The City will then have easements from Boeris, <br />Hoffman, Holm ~nd_Gillman. <br /> <br />Mr. Schaum~rg - Extending Magnesius through the Hoffman property to 142nd <br />would constitute platting. <br /> <br />Mr. Go<xirich replied that this is not the City's intention, it would be just <br />up to the Hoffman property in order to serve the residents that are there. <br /> <br />Mr. Schaumberg inquired if this situation will remain as is or will it change <br />a year from now? <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that according to ordinance that should not happen. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec thanked all parties involved for resolving the issue and inquired <br />that if it were necessary, could the City obtain a temporary easement from <br />Norm Holm in order to keep the street plowed this winter? <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich replied that he doesn't anticipate any problems from Norm Holm. <br /> <br />Case 96: <br /> <br />Engineerin~ (A.
