CASE 4~3: RE(~UEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR PONDVAI-~- RSTATES. SECOND I I ADDITION: Mr. and Mrs. Mary Kytonen are seeking final plat approval on their plat of Pondvale Estates Second Addition. Inasmuch as there was no significant change from what was the original Pondvale Estates, there was no public hearing held and the plat proceeded from sketch plan to final plat. The park fees will be cash that will be received as the building permits are issued. I I Enclosure [D3-c) contains the following items for your consideration in this matter: a) Applicant's application b) City Engineer's report dated September 30, 1983 c) Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated October 4, 1983 d) City Council meeting minutes dated October 25, 1983 I I The proposed plat is attached as Exhibit "B". It would be our recommendation that this plat be approved contingent upon the Kytonen's complying with the requirements set forth by the City Engineer and City Attorney. CASE ~4: CORRECTION TO CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES DATED SEPTEMBER Z?, 1983: I I A correction is required to paragraph (e), page Z1 of Council meeting minutes dated September 27, 1983. The Council motion reads "to increase the City share for health and term life insurance from $125 per month to $145 per month on all full-time City employees and Councilmembers." It should read "from $125 per month to $140 per month." I I I I I Enclosure {D3-d) contains an excerpt of these minutes.
