Michael Wander: <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to adopt the <br />findings of fact for the board of adjustment variance for Mr. Michael Wander <br />to place an accessory building in front of the front setback of his principal <br />structure. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Schlueter, Mayor Gamec and Council- <br />members Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to approve of <br />Mr. Michael Wander's request to place an accessory building in front of the <br />front setback of his principal structure contingent upon his entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Schlueter, Mayor Gamec and Council- <br />members Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request For A BOard Of Adjustment Variance To Construct An Accessor~ <br /> Building Lar~er..Than Allowed By City Code; Case Of Mr. Gerald Miller: <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmen%her Sorteberg to adopt the <br />findings of fact for the board of adjustment variance for Mr. Gerald Miller <br />to construct a detached accessory building of 780 square feet. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
